Accept (Score ≥ 24)
Strong candidates who excel in most categories proceed to acceptance/onboarding
Waitlist (Score ~18-23)
Potential fit with some concerns; may require follow-up or future reconsideration
Decline (Score < 18)
Not a fit at this time; multiple weak areas indicate they're not ready
