Overview
The course integrates the PMBOKR Guide with specially developed information that is necessary to sit for the PMP examination. During the training we practice more then 500 questions to understand the subtlety of each sections of the exam. The debriefing of many hundreds of questions to provide the participants the maximum chance to pass
their PMP the first time. In order to provide maximum time to participants to get familiarize with the questions, we do a summary of each processes highlighting the key points to remember for the exam, then we practice a set of questions following the
9 body of knowledge and the PM Code of conduct.
Also to help the student prepare themselves adequately , a recent PMP is always
invited to share his experience and his preparation to pass the PMP allowing the
participants to catch last minute tips and tricks. To provide maximum resemblance to the exam experience, we provide an exam simulation package that allow you to test yourselves before going in the exam room. This preparation will reduce a lot your studying time before being confident enough to tackle it !
